Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal, provided you have not used more than 10 scans during that period. After 7 days, or after 10 scans, no refunds are issued. Subscriptions cancelled after this window continue until the end of the current billing period.
You may request a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met: • Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase or most recent renewal date. • You have consumed fewer than 10 file scans since the purchase or renewal date. • This is your first refund request on the account. Top-up credit packs are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used.
To request a refund, contact us at support@flowlog.dev with the subject line "Refund Request" within the 7-day window. Include your account email and the reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
No refund will be issued if: • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase or renewal date. • You have consumed 10 or more scans during the billing period. • The refund is for a top-up credit pack where credits have been used. • Your account was suspended or terminated for a violation of our Terms of Service. • You are requesting a second or subsequent refund on the same account.
Cancelling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. When you cancel: • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. • You will not be charged again after cancellation. • No partial refund is issued for the unused portion of the current period. • Your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan when the period ends. You can cancel at any time from your account Settings.
Annual plans follow the same 7-day / 10-scan policy. After the 7-day window, annual plans are non-refundable. If you downgrade from an annual plan within the refund window, you will receive a full refund of the annual amount paid.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of CodeScan constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
